CANCELLATION POLICY**
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Services may be canceled 48 hours in advance, without paying any charges or penalties, by sending a message to [email protected] only in certified cases of force majeure (for example, alteration and/or cancellation of air tickets or due to certified medical reasons). Otherwise, a penalty will be paid equivalent to 20% (twenty per cent) of the price of the tour acquired.
MODIFICATION
The tour may be changed 48 hours in advance of the service schedule without paying any charges or penalties by writing to [email protected]
NO-SHOW
In case of no-show on the agreed date, time and place, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
In case the client had not complied with the requirements and physical aptitude for the tour, the person in charge of the service, at his/her sole discretion, may reject his/her participation to the trekking as a safety measure; and this shall be considered no-show.
**The service provider reserves the right to change this Cancellation Policies at any time and following their own criterion, and that will not imply acknowledging any rights to the passenger. In those cases, the policy change will be notified to the passenger, who will have 72 hours to cancel the service pursuant to the Cancellation Policies effective as of the date of the contract. Afterwards, the new cancellation policies will be applied.
